Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP)

The Western Regional Center for Organic Transition is supported through the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP). TOPP is a program of the USDA Organic Transition Initiative and is administered by the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) National Organic Program (NOP).

The Western Regional Center for Organic Transition

The Western Regional Center for Organic Transition is a coalition of partners providing technical assistance and support for transitioning and existing organic farmers throughout the Western United States. The Center serves producers in CA, AZ, NM, UT, NV, TX, and HI by providing:

MENTORSHIP: Connecting transitioning producers with veteran organic producer mentors   
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: Organic specific technical assistance resources and advising   
ORGANIC WORKFORCE: Supporting the organic workforce through training and education 
COMMUNITY BUILDING: Conferences, workshops and field days to connect the organic agricultural community
