Organic System Plan (OSP) form
Enroll in the Mexico Compliance Program if your operation is located in Mexico or exports organic products to Mexico.
Provide this form with your initial CCOF application in order to describe the animals you wish to certify.
Use this form if you are contracted by a CCOF certified operation, and that operation has agreed to pay your fees and/or participate in the management of your certification.
An amendment to an existing registration is required when an operation has one or more of the following changes to their registration:

I want to change something in my Organic System Plan (OSP), what should I send?
ONLY FOR OPERATIONS LOCATED IN CANADA. Describe your agricultural ingredient suppliers. Attach non-CCOF supplier organic certificates to this form. Update this form when suppliers change or you add new suppliers.
ONLY FOR OPERATIONS LOCATED IN CANADA. Describe your multi-ingredient product formulas/recipes and calculate organic content. Complete one form per product and update this form when formulas change.
ONLY FOR OPERATIONS LOCATED IN CANADA. Describe all nonagricultural materials, including ingredients, processing aids, sanitizers, no rinse detergents/cleaners, and Pest Control materials that are used in organic production. Update either this form or your Organic System Plan Materials List when you would like to use a new material.
