Roundman’s Smokehouse is a USDA certified Meat and Poultry Butcher that processes, wraps, and delivers smoked and fresh artisanal product to restaurants and markets along the Northern California coast and inland, and to their local clientele at their retail storefront and processing plant in Fort Bragg, California. Owners Steve Scudder and Steve Rasmussen for 26 years have locally-sourced and hand-picked the finest quality all natural meats, fish and poultry. Smoked beef, poultry, fish, pork and cheese are additive and nitrate-free. Fresh meats cover the spectrum of butcher cuts.
