CCOF will begin sending annual renewal packages in early November. When you receive your package, please complete the short renewal contract and pay your annual certification fee by January 1 either online (www.ccof.org/renew), through MyCCOF, by mail, or by phone.
Renewal Timeline
- November: Renewal contracts and invoices sent by email and mail.
- January 1, 2027: All renewal contracts and annual payments are due.
- February 15: Last day to withdraw from certification without accruing 2027 certification fees. An overdue notice and $150 late fee may be issued to operations that have not renewed or surrendered by February 15.
