Supplier List and Product Forms Updated for Handler/Processor Operations

We have updated our OSP supplier list forms (H2.0A and H2.6) and Product Application. Consider switching to the new forms for faster updates and inspections.

Key Updates

H2.0A Ingredient Suppliers & H2.6 Broker Suppliers

• New column where you can include a hyperlink to the supplier’s OID listing, or their NOP ID number. This will ensure that we know exactly which operation you are sourcing from.
• New column, “Country where supplier is located” to identify imported ingredients.
• Several fields are now dropdown pick lists so that you can tell us exactly what you want your certificate to say.

H2.6 Broker Suppliers

• Brands for brokered products are optional to list on your H2.6 form. We will no longer add brokered product brands to your certificate, except by request.

Product Application

• Several fields are now dropdown pick lists so that you can tell us exactly what you want your certificate to say.
