We remodeled an existing dairy barn on our ranch to house our creamery. We brought in modern day cheese-making equipment from across the country and use recycling shipping containers to serve as ripening rooms. We use fresh milk exclusively from Lafranchi Ranch and work our magic to begin its transformation into cheese.
